My Glam Pond

Avete presente quegli oggetti che desideriamo quando siamo bambine come fossero aria e poi ce ne dimentichiamo?! Casa delle bambole, stelline luminose sul soffitto, Novelle Cousine...
Sono veramente tanti i desideri futili che ci fanno battere il cuore da piccole!
Uno dei miei preferiti era il separè, forse perchè lo vedevo nei film d'epoca, ma sognavo di averlo in camera, pur non avendo abbastanza spazio!!! Un tempo aveva una sua utilità, per le nobildonne che lo utilizzavano per nascondersi mentre si svestivano, oggi è un vero e proprio oggetto di design, di Moda insomma!
Fino a poco tempo pensavo non ne fabbricassero più, poi sono passata di fronte alla vetrina di un negozio di abbigliamento qui a Fondi, dove mi trovo ora, e l'ho visto: un separè in legno, bianco e nero, in tre parti, con una gigantografia di Marilyn Monroe, icona di stile per eccellenza!!! (Di lei però parleremo prossimamente! ) Stupendo!!! Ed ho scoperto che su internet ce ne sono di tutti i tipi!!!
Un ottimo motivo per riscoprire certi desideri di tanti anni fa, non credete?! ;)
Prima o poi lo realizzerò...Ma prima mi serve una stanza più grande ;)










You know those things we want when we were little girls as air and then we forget?
Dollhouse, stars on the ceiling light, Novelle Cousine ... There are indeed numerous futile wish that we make the heart beat by little! One of my favorites was the booth, maybe because I saw it in old movies, but I dreamed of it in the room, while not having enough space! At one time it was useful, for the ladies who used to hide while undressing, today is a true design object, of Fashion!
Until recently I thought they were not realised now, then I passed in front of the window of a clothing store here in Fondi, where I am now, and I've seen it: a wooden booths, black and white, in three parts, with a giant poster of Marilyn Monroe, style icon par excellence! (But we will talk about her soon!) Awesome!
And I discovered that on internet there are all kinds! A great reason to rediscover certain desires of so many years ago, do not you think?! ;)
Sooner or later will realize it ... but first I need a bigger room;)
