Fashion SUIT in Rome ;)

Buongiorno ragazze!!!

Infine angoli merenda, bar e apericena.

3. L’affluenza come ĆØ stata? Donne, uomini, famiglie? Italiani, stranieri?

5. E ora andiamo sul personale!!! Tu hai mai barattato qualcosa in vita tua?! Se si, cosa?! Se no, ti piacerebbe farlo?!

R.: Ma certo!

7. Grazie mille delle tue risposte sei stata molto gentile come sempre;) D’ora in poi seguirai sempre immancabilmente questo blog vero?! ;)

R.: Certamente!!! ;) Grazie a te di cuore!

Hello girls! ;) Today I public a mini interview with Ida Galati, the friendly owner of SUIT OF THE CITY , a society in Rome that organizes swap events that I met after I wrote my graduate thesis on the subject;) Always kind She asked me to be present at the event on April 1, but unfortunately I could not and so I asked her some questions;) Seek his facebook page;) Thanks Ida!!!

1. Hello Ida, congrats on the day that you organized in the capital, Rome Barter is still properly discovered and appreciated! And you with Suit of The City Show by a big hand in this direction for the invitation;) Complimentoni glamorous event;) How long did it take you to organize everything? Are you experiencing many difficulties?

A.: Thanks first of all compliments! It 's really an exciting challenge and I must say that the answer we receive is always of great enthusiasm and sharing. And the more time passes, the more people understand what can be both fun and useful!
For the last event I worked less than usual (a month and a half), but only because I used a valid colleague who has worked hard with me day and night (and when I say night night ... I mean ... really!) . No difficulties in particular but the big job of having to coordinate large numbers of artists and guests that we really wanted to make the event even more "Show".

2. How have you divided the spaces of the event? And how did you invite and entertain your guests?

A.: We took two adjoining rooms, the Amethyst and the Circle of the Illuminati to Rome. Lots of space, therefore, a huge garden where craftsmen could display and sell their work (subject to our selection) and circus artists, along with your Japanese drums have performed for all guests. The local consists of amethyst (strictly all pink / lilac) dedicated to swapping, while the two interior rooms of the Circle of the Illuminati were dedicated to the emerging fashion designer (center using recycled materials) and the photo shoot: a team of photographers have captured for us all creations of the fashion show, the fashion bloggers and artists, giving them all the pics.
Finally snack corners, bars and Apericena.

3. How was the turnout? Women, men, families? Italians, foreigners? Were you surprised or was as you expected?

A.: It 'hard to answer this question because I was committed to coordinating fashion designers, stylists and makeup artists and the swap area, so I have not even had time to look around, but the "direction" they tell me that women are brought behind husbands , sons and boyfriends and then the turnout was sufficiently varied. I can tell you that I was hoping to exceed 1000 inputs ... but I did not expect it at all, especially considering that Sunday, April 1 there were six other markets scattered throughout Rome and a great show for children. When planning events, you always hope, but until the day you always fear that you expect people to come. This event has surpassed all expectations. It 's been a great satisfaction!

4. How would you rate this event overall? Would you like to reorganize as soon as possible?

A.: 8 .. I guess because I am a perfectionist and I wanted more time to better organize the little things ...
Of course I would! We are preparing to reorganize. We received many inquiries from all over Italy ... we are still making decisions. I prefer to do little but good!

5. You've never traded anything in your life?! If yes, what?! If not, I'd like to do?!

A.: But of course! And I regret not having had time to barter anything this time, although I had left my things. As for the things I've already swapped ... the list is long ... you want me to do? ;)

6. Do you follow fashion blogs or sites?

A.: Being passionate about fashion and working with it... absolutely! Fashion sites I visit daily, buy magazines specialize and follow some fashion bloggers!

7. Thank you for your answers you are very kind as always;) From now on, always unfailingly follow this blog right?! ;)

A.: Certainly! ;) Thank you very much!
